CAPTAIN MARVEL Hala Star Pin DIY
This project was inspired by Captain Marvel's amazing suit.

I began this project by CAD modeling it in Fusion 360, then 3D printing it out. To get rid of the print lines I primed and sanded it smooth, and then hit it with a gloss spray paint. Similar to the technique used in the previous Infinity Stone video, I then created a silicone mold of the Hala Star. With an exact depression in the shape of the star pin, I then mixed resin and very fine brass powder together and cast it into the mold. The last step was to steel wool and polish the pins, and use red and blue nail polish to add a pop of color.
