That's not right if the person is disable n has to wait . That's not right there disable n u still make them wait just because other ppl took advantage of that . Then u should ask for proof if there disable like a handicap placard slip has the persons name That's disable so that's proof . Cuz they shouldn't pay for others ppls actions. Before the disable guest won't wait at all just like 3-5mins . Disable ppl have rights u guys need to complain about this. It's bu**sh**

This made me laugh. Because a pasty in England is a savoury pastry with a savoury filling covered in an egg wash and baked in the oven. They are well known from Cornwall (southern England). The fact they just called whatever you were eating a “pasty” is like sacrilegious to Cornwall….companies and franchises do anything to make money now. What you were eating looked very over worked; you can tell by the amount of holes in the pastry.

I am physically disabled and after going through a similar system at Universal, which I felt was a nightmare, I am never going back to either one of these parks. No matter what disability you have, these parks are way out of touch with their focus on Customer Service. I am not knocking the cast members. They are normally great. It is the CEOs who are money hungry. They really don't care about the disabled and we are a headache to them so people cheating on DAS is an excuse. It is so simple to create a disabilities identification that we can flash, but that cuts into their profits if they can't over charge on tickets. It is funny that Knotts is charging $55 for their park and you just need to go to their customer service versus the bigger parks where they over charge and over populate their park so you spend .ore than an hour in line. I am no longer going to these parks. I actually want to have fun going to a park.

One thing I've been waiting to get from here is something I don't see here anymore...Bates Motel merch. Specifically the bath robe. I was going to buy it last year but changed my mind at the last minute. I've regretted it ever since and was just waiting til I got back there this year. I'll be there this week but I didn't see any Bates Motel merch anywhere.

I wish the ride would go around twice instead of just once. Even though I haven't been to Orlando yet, I really hope they bring Hagrid's motorbike ride to Hollywood. Even though this ride is short, it's still fun to go on and enjoy once and awhile.

The best part on this ride is at the end when you see what family adopts you. 😊 I'm ready to be back there next week. 🎢 You are the reason I have such a special place in my heart for Universal Studios. ❤

Universal Studios is what is making me love Christmas again. I'm ready for the holidays right around the corner... even though I don't want time to pass to fast.

I think I have finally convinced my husband to join me in enjoying me on this tour because of the amazing Batman area. 😎 It's really cool how they make you feel like you are a part of a TV show or movie. 🎬 I found Mr. Magical's voice-over performance worthy of an Oscar. 👏
