Hi @torydz - Some states do require hauntings, deaths and bad neighbors to be disclosed. In most instances these are not considered "material defects" in Pennsylvania and aren't generally required to be disclosed. You are correct about gruesome murders/suicides since they can technically affect home value in some cases. There are ALWAYS exceptions which is why it's smart to disclose, disclose, disclose! @@rickhauler There was a funny Andy Griffith episode about the same thing. Opie revealed the problems with their house when Andy was trying to sell it because earlier, Andy made Opie reveal what was wrong with his bike when he was trying to sell it to his friend. In the end, both Andy and Opie agreed that by not disclosing the problems with the bike and the house, that they both broke "The Golden Rule".

Hi @jerseyforhawks - If any repairs were made to the wall prior to painting it, it technically should be disclosed. Also, if you have knowledge that you are covering any lead-based paint with the new paint, that definitely needs to be disclosed in the Seller Disclosure and the Lead Paint Disclosure. This typically applies to homes built prior to 1978. Hope this helps!
