I honestly wouldn't say no to a Icewind Dale III under Larian though I know for the moment they're indecisive about doing anything more with D&D . Though this time around they could actually have a cast of recruitable NPCs that have their own personality as there's a lot of potential in the spine of the world. With BGIII they made it perfectly valid to either play with existing origin characters or use hirelings; though much like BG2 before it the experience is more enjoyable with characters you can interact with and get attached to.

Crazy to think this exists in the same world where there are only ghouls and supermutants after all of this. I wish there were more gravemind-like enemies like that thing, it would have been very entertaining.

Im pretty sure my ending said that Necropolis and Shady Sands were destroyed... I guess it's variable. I killed the mutants in Necropolis and got Tandi back for chief Shadi Sands, so it makes little sense if ending is based on your actions.

I've never played this game but the dragon makes a lot of sense. Forcing a culture to obey or die in the name of, "civility" is more barbaric than the people they seek to destroy.

The artwork and small details here in the floor and surroundings are phenomenal

The end area was SO F>>>> BORING !!! you have to kill 5 guys on 5 different areas with nothing to add to walking around in circles... my god... that was one of worse dungeon design ever... i was literally praying to end...

this ending is a bit different from the one i got, i don't see talin jumping out of the portal, just the emperor, and his speech was voice acted. was there a different release or something?

I played Fallout 1 for the first time about 5-7 years ago, can't remember. At first I had a hard time because graphics and the slow clunky menus gave me a bad first impression. I am used to really old games though, so I coped with it. Well, even after so many years since the game was released and despite not playing it at the time, I found a superb game with an amazing history and design. I just can't get the same sense of randomness from todays games, the random encounters, the random "exploding in a mess of blood" from enemies and allies, the dark and hopeless environment, everything feels organic. Games from today all look and feel the same regarding the post apocalyptic genre. Fallout 1 is a masterpiece. I found it a bit better than 2 but both are awesome. However, Fallout NV was the first one I played, and is probably my favorite, although I miss a bit more violence and crudeness from the first one. Long live Fallout.

For those who are curious and haven't played the game, Super Mutants are sterile not because they lack sexual organs, they retain their genitals from before being transformed, but the FEV can't differentiate sperm and egg cells from other cells, so it detects the lacking DNA within them, and "repairs" them, rendering them unable to breed.

the easiest way to beat this game is to use ressurect+command on minibosses. my choices: two dragonriders(john and warriors guild), cyclops and monster hermit. This army destroy everything on their path until wastelands.

My tactics for this fight: First, get your characters out of the toxic cloud, the traps out of it do less damage than the cloud itself. Second, simultaneously have your fighters dispatch the golems while your mage and druid summon powerful monsters around Belhifet to keep him occupied while having your archer or thief take shots at him from a distance. Third, after your fighters dispatch the golems, have your mage haste them and attack Belhifet (while evading the center where the toxic cloud is). Your fighters will do the most damage to him while he should still be preoccupied with the summons. This way I had all my characters alive and even many of the summons. Important to note that I was playing the enhanced edition on core rules, I don't know if its any different than the normal mode in the classic. For example, he did not summon two cornugons to help him, I don't know if that's on a higher difficulty or a bug in the EE. Edit: Forgot to mention a very important thing, have your bard sing the War Chant of Sith, this heals all allies and characters nearby by 2 points per round, so they constantly regen health.
