You know that Veilguard wrote a codex that says all of Ferelden gets destroyed along with almost all the people living there right? How is that not a way for them to basically remove themselves from everything we invested our time and passion into during Origins? I don't mean to be rude or anything and you are of course entitled to your own opinion. However i can't for the life of me understand how people like you think Veilguard did not just destroy the IP

@@MrSilz-jb4ik I'm aware, yes. Our first protagonist's story starts with the entire order of Grey Wardens in Ferelden being wiped out, except them and Alistair. Our 2nd protagonist's story starts when Lothering is destroyed, and a handful of people survived. Our 3rd protagonist was the ONLY survivor at the Temple of Sacred Ashes. As long as there's at least one person left, there's potential for more stories, and things can be rebuilt. But the secret ending suggests we're going across the sea for the next one, so there could even be a whole new continent full of stories to tell. The previous stories still happened, but the timeline marches on, and I'm here for it, personally. I'm sorry you were left disappointed.

@@WC-PO I do not only only disapointed, i feel heartbroken. The DA IP is my favorite fantasy IP and i have read books played the games multiple times, watched the awful Netflix show and i still held a vauge hope that the new current Bioware would retain some of the original vibes that made the series great. This pixa and disney approach to the DA universe has made me feel depressed to be honest. I invested so much energy in being a fan ever since Origins just to see it all be destroyed (Ferelden along with almost all of its people being destroyed off screen in Veilguard is a great example). It sends the message that current Bioware wants to tear down the old and great to replace it all with something new and worse that is not in line with what made me fall in love with the IP. Good that you liked the game, but I don't think i ever can ever understand how that is possible

@@WC-PO i know in my heart that this is not my Dragon Age amd that it was not made for me or people like me. It makes sense since most OG Dragon Age developers left or were fired. I also know in my heart that if the original creators were in charge this game could have been the next Baldur's Gate 3, maybe it would have been even better. Instead we get a watered down, disney-fication of a dark fantasy RPG that is experianced more like an action adventure game than an RPG.

It's pretty normal for FromSoftware, but here they wasted space to justify 2 volumes. I wasn't impressed and will borrow a copy of Vol 3 rather than buy

It's an Artbook, not a compendium... They have the Elden Ring Strategy guide if you want that
