Theres a Bazar shop one, where they put Zaphires or blue items in the last 3 rows of the shop so when you check the price of the items in the first 4 rows the blue color of the won price isnt visible enough, obviusly the items on the first rows are looked-after items and if you see only the yang price youwould instatly buy it without realizing the won lost, it targets people without trading crystal, and you have no idea how much people ive seen falling for it, i used to check all the stores 1by1 when i started from scratch like 2 months ago and i seen the items been bought all the time from the stores, in Iberia theres like 7-8 stores like that and ive seen like 500 wons stolen that way.

pick up pet scams where ppl try to sell regular pet for the pick up pet price and its kinda easy to miss , stone handbook scam where ppl gives you some bs item like +2 serpent gear with all broken stones and they give you some stone to add to it but they ask for an assurence or a voucher but ofc if you give a voucher they refuse it :D if they get the overpriced assurance they just run away , the last trick is viable with various stuff like changing stats on an item etc. basicly they try to get assurance for their trash and try to confuse you on the process then most likely they get their item back as well so you need to be careful with ppl offering unregular prices for the services

scam #1 is sophisticated indeed.. never seen it on the servers I played on (tigerghost and romanian servers). it's insane what these bastards think of. though the most disgusting ones by far are the one where you get scammed for trying to HELP, and the one books of leader one. the buyer is at fault too for the others, but on these 2 it's just despicable and unforgivable to even attempt it.

I thought it was about scams as a whole and Metin2 itself was the example. Anyway, back in 2008 someone tried to "buy damage" in !-chat and I managed to sell them vendor earrings +0 for 20k. I'm on the bad side here.
