      u have a point, but what if the person wants to get another permanent card they wanted for so long? they must've picked one in the other your pick thing and maybe they don't want limiteds for now and they want that permanent card. i know it may be useless since they can get it for free a year later, so clearly in this comment i'm proving my and your point at the same time 😭

      For people that pay for paid crystals or people that pull on permanent banners to get gacha seal it isn't really worth it, but I think it's cool having this option since there are some cards that just refuses to come home (for me it's Rad Dogs cards and Gekokujo cards). I definitely WOULD NOT choose a permanent card in this banner, and you do have a point, but SEGA likes to keep options for the players in a lot of cases 😅
