How lawmaking can be done by a common citizen who is not a legal expert, can a common man be allowed to treat a patient instead of doctor, No, can a building be allowed to be constructed by a Doctor , the answer is No, by an engineer and Architect. Law controls all matters and affairs of administration of a country to regulate every day life of citizens, thus Law is a more significant field than of Medical engeenering and other professional and technical qualifications, must be handled by legal experts, elected parliamentarians not eligible to do legislation as per logical grounds.
