What makes you think that you can take an effect NOT in the public domain, and feel free to steal/teach it? Don't you care about magic? Don't you care about the amazing Nick Trost's contributions to the world of magic? You are, simply, a thief. You are one of the reasons magic keeps getting a black eye. I hope you remove all of your non-public domain videos, and I hope you have a conversation with yourself to see if you can live your life without stealing, and showing the work of true inventor's who never gave you permission to expose their work. Take your site down. You have NO respect for magic, and even less for creators that depend on their effects for their survival. Nicely done? You have done nothing but steal. I get that you probably couldn't come up with anything worthwhile yourself. Have you ever had an original thought? I doubt it, but if you did, do you mind if I steal it, profit from it, rip you off and not care? Shame.

In this trick, you can safely give the cards to the viewer to shuffle the cards, rather than using a prepared deck of cards.

Congratulations on becoming a teacher. I got certified to teach HS history when I turned 50. First thing at the beginning of the school week was "Magic Trick Monday". Then, if everybody was good all week, "Two tricks on Friday". Great carrot on a stick with students reminding others to cooperate to see more Magic at the end of the school week.

I really like this trick! BUT, what is YOUR definition of no setup?

I really enjoy your channel. Keep up the excellent work. As far as suggestions I would like to see most effects from the magicians point of view (camera wise), not the spectator's. Also when you mention what to do such as bring the chosen card to the top or bottom of the deck. In most instances I believe that most of us who view your effects do have some knowledge of how to control a card to the or bottom of deck (perhaps I am wrong). So what I am saying is that it is fine to just say it in most instances. However if you really feel that you must show a method by all means, show it. Whether it is controlling a card or a pinky break show it . But do not turn the video into a HOW TO CONTROL A CARD OR DO A PINKY BREAK. No need to show 3 or 4 different ways. You can always mention that you have a video on how to do just that, whether it is controlling a card to the top or bottom or whatever. I hope I am making myself clear. I Don't want to sound critical but so many just ramble and ramble and turn what could be a very easy effect to teach and make it much more complicated. Let me also say that you are not guilty of doing what I mentioned. Your instructions are to the point with no clutter. Just that some are very redundant and it gets frustrating to follow at times. I feel that some just go to far and turn a 10 or 12 minute lesson into 20 minutes and actually confuse, more than help. Please forgive if I sound pompous. I don't mean to offend from my suggestions. I also realize that many here may have opposing views. These are just my opinions. ymmv I love magicians helping magicians. WOW! I am long winded

I was performing magic 10 years ago when I was in college. And it feels so good to be back. I would love to see more of memorized deck routines, because I can hardly find anything good on the internet. Hope you can get some of that stuff on your channel. Cheers!

I do not know if this card trick has been performed yet/before, but it would be cool. Take two sealed new decks, open one, shuffle (or have spectator shuffle) then have them pick a card, showing their card to everyone. Next, open the second deck of cards, pull them out, shuffle, spread them out face down, have the spectator remind/show everyone their card, then do that move that flips the spread out cards over from end to end (don't know what that move is called) but as the face down deck is revealed, EVERY card is the card the spectator picked from the first new sealed deck

But how do i get the audience member to choke up a card also.

How many for each pack if you have them in AC, AD, AS, AH. I do CDSH & leave the a & e out. 7, 9, 10 & 10 doesn't work with CDSH.

This is probably a silly question... but I'm curious. Have you ever looked into having your sixth finger removed? BEFORE, like... when you were a kid, and it wasn't part of your persona/gimmick. It looks like it could easily be removed. Does it bother you? Can you move it? It looks nonfunctional. Just curious. I love your channel.

I don't know how much you peform for strangers but they never want to shuffle the deck or follow rules lol..idk maybe i have bad luck

This would be a nice trick if people knew how to shuffle or wanted to... i swear dude.. ive asked 100s of people.. they either say no thanks.. or i cant shuffle.....
