Great machine and good and solid everywhere, but them milling drive are total crap after a few months of use, and had them repaired but worn out again after a very short period of using them so its a no no as a milling machine.
Poderia mostra o progama da fresa
That machine is either extremely low usage or refurbished to a high standard. I used 3 of these exact models and after 5 yrs of running lights out 24/7 they show signs of use. This one looks like new.
Damn, this SQT is in great shape- it looks like it runs great as well. Every generation of Mazak machines are very rigid in comparison to the other competitor machine tool builders.

I am having issues with a abused mazak quick turn 8 I am having to rebuild due to poor maintenance. the hydraulics went out yesterday and I need to know what I need to remove in order to take out the pump clean it fix it and re assemble it can you offer any guidance?
Replace the filter, change the hoses and maybe check if the pump builds up enough pressure, if necessary install a new pump. Also, you should drain the old oil and put in new one in
@@maschinenmarktpaluch pump is in decent condition I gave it a spit shine and took pictures of the name plates im going to keep digging and clean up the mess someone else caused thank you for a quick response your my go to when i need advice 😀 my boss never listens to me and knows how to program them but doesn't do maintenance. so I'm going to start working on the other machines after this one is squared away. Thank you again
