@@sherylsantoro I think he got to the topper too. Haven’t been able to find it 😳. He was notorious for eating stuff he shouldn’t so we’re super vigilant about not leaving things laying around. He’s not allowed in the craft room. I literally stepped out for a minute and forgot to shut the door. He must have been in his glory LOL. After 3 obstructed bowel surgeries you would think he’d learn his lesson. I think the journal is coming along nicely and should be posted tonight!

No salt, nothing different and it hasn’t happened since. I went to see my primary after the incident and she suggested I follow up with a cardiologist and a nephrologist (kidney specialist) to rule out anything serious. @@sherylsantoro I never got the shingles vaccine. I was fortunate not to get a severe rash but I feel really run down and achy. Hopefully one dose of the vaccine will prevent you from getting them. These are just some of my favorites. I could go on and on but I don’t want to overwhelm you. Watch their videos and let them teach and inspire you.
