2-G Attendance System | Real-Face Detection + Real Time Database | Google Firebase and Ageitgey
Project Overview:
The 2-G (Second Generation) Attendance System is designed to enhance the accuracy and security of student attendance tracking by utilizing:
🔍 Face Recognition: Leveraging the highly efficient ageitgey face recognition framework to capture and match student faces with the existing database.
🔐 Real vs. Fake Face Detection: Implementing Dlib and Scipy libraries to detect real faces by analyzing eye movement, ensuring that only genuine faces are marked as present.
💾 Real-Time Data Management: Integrating with Google Firebase to record attendance data in real-time, providing instant access to important information like total attendance, last attendance, section, and more.
