I lost 100lbs in the year before starting HRT. Long wait, but definitely worth doing, as I now fit in a size 12 (US). Currently 7 months on HRT and going full time. 100% diet. BTW, my wife and I lived in Den Haag for two years while my wife studied baroque cello at the Koninklijk Conservatorium.

Yea now that you said it i have noticed that when i lose weight that my booty shrinks but i also have some lower stomach fat i still want to train ofXD. In a way im lucky because one of the spot's that dousn't seem to lose volume is the front of my chest. The side near my back do but the front dousn't so jeey:D. Im realy sorry to hear about what happend between you and your mom:(. Unfortunatly these things happen and we need to decide what is the best thing for us to do. Sometimes it's a good idea to talk about the specific problem in a rational and respectfull way but sometimes that isn't a possebility:/. Unfortunatly it happens that we sometimes just can't get people to see both sides, theirs and ours. At some point you should just wonder if the pain is worth it. If it's worth fithing for something that may someday happen or be. It dousn't need to be something you decide right now and can never change. It's like a road that split's but later down one road you can choose to take a side road back to the other road:). Take care and i hope you are doing well:) *hug*

Hey there, I think you have a good point in this video. I know a leftist or two who are like that. I myself try to be more civil in my conversations with those with other political views because that tends to go over better, but in some cases that sort of vitriol is required to get to the point where the people you're talking with have stopped shouting over you and will actually listen. Now, granted, this is the perspective of an American, where people are famously hostile to any form of communism or socialism. I guess my point here is tactics need to change with the region. In America you need to be big and loud to even be heard, whereas in Europe for instance, there are prominent socialist parties. There's nothing like that in America and the harsh reality is civility doesn't work all the time. I hope I've brought my point across in a nuanced way here, best of luck in future videos!

I heard that Minoxidil can help with hair growth on bald spots. Wanna try it and see if it helps, but have to do a research first

Great video. On the subject of HRT and hair: I've also found that my hair quality has improved since I started HRT (about 15 months ago). I'm not sure if I've had any regrowth because my hair is quite thin but I've also started using extensions which has helped me a lot. A few years ago I had two hair transplants to create a more typically female hairline and that has helped too. I'm hoping that in due course I will get some hair regrowth so that I don't have to be so reliant on extensions.
