Orientation of spring depends on the bike. For PCX150, the soft side faces down.

i have fjr 1300 i want to purchase YSS rear shock but i don't know witch one to choose ......standard spring or the one heavy duty ......what do you think ? these are the 2 part numbers MZ456-325TRL-17-X ( heavy spring) MZ456-325TRL-22 ( normal spring)

I have an adv 150 and I am interested in upgrading the suspension. I have been doing some research about your products. Watching a video about the installation of your spring and pd kit on a honda nc750, in the video they had to drill out the original damping holes so that the only thing doing any damping was the new pd. Why don't the original damping holes on the adv 150 get drilled out? It would seem like the pd wasn't doing anything if the original damping was still active.

As manual for Cb500X, torque for rear suspension bolts are 44Nm. But YSS showed 30Nm in clip. Please help to make this clear.

15 clicks! Each full turn has 5 clicks. There is so much background noise you can barely hear them. No explanation of what the two compression adjustments do, or how to determine where to set them. Nothing in the manuals either! The technical manuals on your site need a lot of work. Hire some decent technical writers (native English speakers for the English ones). Your products are expensive - the manuals should be very clear.
