Actually, the scene with Scara in it was only some years ago. Freminet isn't very old and he was living in the House of the Hearth under the previous Knave.

One: Mihoyo just made a mistake there and forgot that Scara cant be there anymore (i dont actually belive they would do some mistake like that) Second: Arlechino is like the traveler and cant be manipulated through irminsul, which would mean she still knows Scara was a Fatui.
