Interesting interview.. I have to say I agree with a lot of what this gentleman has to say, particularly his take on performance, hierarchy, control etc. I don't think people can be valued by the number of hours they work. It is quantity over quality, which is wrong. At the end of the day for one to be truly productive, you have to enjoy what you are doing and be making steady progress.

When I listened some songs he sang well, curiosity of my mind arose. Then I searched who's that gentleman. Finally I've got this conversation. Happy to see you 😁 Greetings.

I happen to watch a video, someone singing" Anothathavila" excellently but very casually without the theatrics or body language like the much respected Pandith Aamaradeva. I really liked his composure: calm, confident and in control. Then I wanted find out who he is and search the web. Then I saw this interview and watched the whole session. I found a great situational leader in him with a great vision. Further, he had used disruptive initiatives at Mobitel and is leading the company with flavor of transformational leadership qualities too. We need people of his caliber to lead companies in this volatile world of business. I am sure he will adopt his leadership acumen to be a catalyst in much needed changes in the field of art and music too. My best wishes

Mr Weerakkody didn’t want to talk about his upbringing in Kurunegala. How he went from a mere HR assistant at Glaxo to being propped by the Parthians at BT publications to hobnob with CEOs under the guise of carrying out interviews. How he then rode the coattails of his uncle Franklyn Amerasinghe and later his father in law ‘viagra’ John Amaratunga to get into positions he had zero qualifications for- man wanted to be CBSL governor, thank god even RW was not that stupid. Now presiding over the lame duck port city which will soon disappear into the sea.

Dr.Deemanthe is very humble & helpful for patients who are depressed. Through hypnosis he goes deep and finds out the root cause of the problem & changes the thinking process what happens in the mind in a postive way. After listening to his audios only from the words he asked me to repeat in my mind i felt very relaxed & confident, i’m capable of anything & my emotions are controlled.
