I purchased a 1973 TC125 from an old farmer that used it as a farm bike. It had been sitting for who knows how many years. My plan was to restore it and use it as my own farm bike. Be careful with the bleeding of the oil pump....a premix isn't the way to go on those engines....there is a video of using a syringe to bleed the lines.... premix doesn't lube the main bearing.....

Did you ever have problems with the idle? Mine just wants to rev them die, done jetting and leak down test everything is find

Hello, I just purchased a 1987 Husqvarna WR 250. SER# 842251951H. I'm having problems finding parts (plastics, grafics, seat cover etc, etc) for the 1987, however these parts are available for the 1986, is there much difference between the two years? They look very much the same in pictures online. Thanks for any help on this matter

Make it so you can bolt the stand to the top of the box and it can be used as either a work stand, easier if you are swapping engines in and out. I'm thinking go-karts or Enduro pits, or as a static display for bike shows. Available in a variety of colours. (Just my 1p)

Did you use an ultra fine glass bead? That part looks great!

What brand cabinet do you have and isn't that a pressure pot at the bottom ? How does that work if it has to be closed to pressurize how does the media get back in from cabinet

Hi , very interesting video. I was lead to believe that you can only achieve that kind of finish with vapour blasting. I have a very efficient dry blast cabinet and have just tried super fine glass bead on some steel which gave a nice clean but rather dull/satin finish. I have done one aluminium part before but it wasn't as bright as the one you did in the video. I am going to have another go today and try lowering the pressure. I have also thought that a larger sized bead would be better. I totally agree regarding one of your other comments on non-standard bead sizing by suppliers. Great video.
