I have problem with my HP Probook 440 G3. After i turn off my Windows. In first attempt to turn laptop ON. I always get black screen, keyboard backlit is working, but fan is not spinning. My laptop starts after 4th or 5th attempt normally. Everything works fine until i turn laptop off and try to turn it on. Every Diagnostic tools (also from HP) says that RAM, Processor, Disk, Motherboard, Network Cars is fine. I updated BIOS to the latest version but it is the same. Turning off Fast Boot didn't change anything.

how about makinng the pc faster without upgrading the hardware

The DISM and SFC SCANNOW commands have worked wonders for my laptop as well as those that you mentioned.

If its low resistance it will beep does not mean its shorted

After clearing short on the board, but it fails to charge the battery. Though it has been worked on elsewhere.

IMHO, all laptops these days should be using at least an SSD as a boot drive because the benefits in boot up time is extremely significant.

Not working After reprogram bios is ok but windows update update another version bios and problem return. This is not firmware problem.
