I might have yapped a bit in this video, still very new to this style of talking with my raw thoughts and feelings in front of my iPhone camera. But basically, we should love ourselves first before trying to love others. Cause it’s when we try loving others without loving ourselves, that’s when we put all our value and worth in them, eg, their thoughts and feelings about us, so if they think we’re trash, WE think we’re universally trash. And it becomes this unhealthy attachment where it’s like you don’t just want people to fill up this empty void inside of you, but you NEED people to fill this empty void inside of you. See the difference?

the cruel reality of trying to study (based on personal exp) 1. Open up laptop, take out notebook and do notes 2. Gets nottif from phone 3. Spends an hour on the phone 4. Looks at the time and realises oh sh- 5. Tries to study for 10 mins 6. Call it a day and zzzz
