Playing Monster Hunter Stories, reminds me of the good old days, when I would spend entire weekends lost in fictional worlds, making fictional friends and learning the lore of the land before having to detach myself and go back to real life (Booo!), something I haven't done for some time.
There are many elements to this game that struck the right cord with me, and, as someone who isn't a Monster Hunter player, a "casual", and only ever dabbled in other games of the series, I thought it was fantastic.
As I progress through the game, I may upload another video to showcase the different species you can catch/hatch, and armor/weapon sets etc.
Oh, and what happened to the sound around the hour mark, I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA!
