LOL! That may be true for really big companies but for the 2Million+ small businesses that are the actual engine of our economy, no such bail-out exists. We have to actually take care of our customers and make them happy so they come back and do more business with us. Even so we are constantly amazed by how many small businesses do not seem to care but then complain because "business is down." Thanks for you comments! Much appreciated!

Agreed! This is why so many organizations are getting bad reviews. They are hiding their phone numbers from their websites and putting those damn ChatBots between you and them. They have put the responsibility of making them do their jobs on the customer. That is wrong! Thank you for your comments!

@@twoblokesandamic443 we have a third party send internal staff fake phish. And they monitor who opens and clicks on link. And these users have to redo phishing training. I think third party is wombat. For a smaller company it's possible to use an external email and fake the from address or use online free TH-cam guides.
