I was told it's easier for IGNOU students to get license and everything so I'm doing BA hons. in distance right now. If I do MA (neuropsychology) someplace else, will I have better chances to get jobs online, if not offline?

In first year , i got D in one paper while i had the confidence to get A. After re-evaluation I got B but I'm still not satisfied. Super annoyed by this. This year in my second year exam too i go C in one of my technology paper. I am going for re-evaluation again. But i am disappointed once again because baar baar itna pesa hota nahi hain sabke paas. Ignou should look into this matter. I too applied for my answer sheet because i was confident enough. They didn't even checked it well.
