The one thing filipinos doesn't have is DISCIPLINE and RESPECT to their surroundings. Korea and Singapore during this era were in a poor state, but since they have DISCIPLIE and RESPECT look at where they ae now. But now in the Philippines when you say please follow this rules, its against Human Rights or you'll be branded as a Dictator. Thats why even if you give Philippines 200 yrs and alot of support to be better, they wont.

Thanks for the trip. We were back home.(U.S.) in Sept of 70. I’ll never forget how beautiful Clark was kept. And what a culture shock it was. For just a young teenager. To go from Michigan to there. And then finally to get on base housing after a year.
