I have never seen this club so empty before.
U1800 always goes late, but this time there were almost no spectators whatsoever
🎉
Thanks for watching!
Another difficulty level: Vancouver kid and his/her cheerleaders
Seriously man it's crazy when they got parents and coaches at the same time. Nearly on par with the California kids of legend😂
you play a very technical game, what equipment are you using?
Thank you! My blade is the dermaterialspezialist the wall carbon (straight handle to twiddle easier), my black rubber is the Yasaka Rising Dragon, and my green (I switched to red recently) is grass dtecs, no sponge
@@big_pip_energy_tt keep up the good work! Love the twiddle skills and big forehand
But there is only one person who is the admin lol
welp he's not the owner so I gotta say something lol
I think The Nightmare has the weirdest style
Definitely a contender, but I think by virtue of not using inverted at all and defending off the table with anti Kyle takes it
nice, keep going bro.
Thank you!
Penhold gang
I wish there were more penholders in PNW😓
Your twiddling skills is so good
Thanks so much! I like to experiment with twiddling and different techniques when I practice so I have more options to make my game weirder and not let my opponent get comfortable
Indian guy is 1811!? has a very loose and casual play, feeds of opponents unforced errors on easy kills. Twiddling messes with ppl’s rhythm so he is surviving off that Good game beating him
I'm the Indian guy...fair enough, I was playing a lot more loose this game, not really sure why. if you're ever in Seattle would love to play with ya!
I assume you have Grass DTecS. What sponge thickness are you using? I found I prefer 0.5 compared to OX, active shots are stronger but it still maintains good reversal
I'm using OX--i haven't tried 0.5, I used 1.2 for a while but that was over a year ago. I like ox for the control--the sponge on dtecs is pretty dang fast
You just have to work on getting your forehand consistent. That guy relies 200% on the pips and the forehands you did correctly were getting you points which they should against players like him who rely 200% on the pips winning for them.
Thanks for the tip, I agree--I don't play against too many close range lpers and definitely not ones who use their pips this much, so I need to work on my forehand against them
Your stance looks so un-athlethic and tall but not gonna lie your shots are pretty good. How do you even get a good angle standing so tall haha.
I think he's just taking it easy , considering the rating difference.
@@Diuable i watches some of his other videos its always the same stance
Hahaha thanks--I have knee problems that make it a real chore to bend my knees, especially my left (planning on getting a para classification next year) so I've had to adapt, I use a lot of upper body and arm strength in my attacks and chops, and try to save energy everywhere I can
@@Diuabledefinitely not--against other players of the same level I might, but I've been itching for a rematch with Ayllon for over a year, and wanted to see how I stood up to a long pips player I look up to
@@big_pip_energy_tt is your knee problems due to table tennis?
Until our next rematch 💪🏼(omg and it was that long lol)
💪 it's as fun playing you as it is long haha
Whats your racket set up?
Der materialspezialist the wall carbon ST, Yasaka rising dragon 2.2, tibhar grass dtecs OX
YOOOOOOOO! WASSUP!!!
intimidation😅I didn't even see him quite literally on the ground until I was reviewing the footage
Great Game, I feel long backspin on his backhand would have been good. Just saying, I would never be able to play as good as you though 😅 great game
Thanks for the tip! obviously it's been a while since the match but I think he'd probably push long back to my backhand, and I can't really do much with that ball--that's something I need to improve
brutal net in the end - great match, proud of you brother
Thanks bro, it's never how I want to end things, but realistically based on the rest of the match he was pushing that into the net anyway
@@big_pip_energy_tt still waiting for our match to reach 1M likes!
Great match! Are you holding the GKI green hunt racquet? How is it?
Thank you! I'm not using that racket though--my setup here is the der-materialspezialist the wall carbon, Yasaka rising dragon (2.2) and tibhar grass dtecs (OX). I really like this setup for defense, it's very controlled and deceptive, and allows for occasional attacks and counterattacks.
Just not good bro, i use offensive xx and i thought i need a upgrade and i bought euro V and it was like a stone glued to wood so sticked with offensive xx and gave euro v to my cats to play with and the green hunt is very heavy and just a recreational bat..... If you have money buy customised bat My office colleague have green hunt
@@big_pip_energy_tt Great.. I m new to using racquets perchance and would you recommend using the GKI green hunt for playthroughs? (Considering u haven't used that particular bat)
@@popytaa sorry, but I don't think I'll be seriously using a premade racket in the foreseeable future. Most premade rackets are simply worse in every aspect than custom ones, and the fact that I use long pips makes it even more polarizing of a difference
I’m tired just watching him move, twitch, and jump Lol
Makes me feel old😅
Who was the kid? Who was confused? I thought the kid was the small guy.
Correct-being confused doesn't mean he lost in this case
Is that kid also using long pips on his BH? Sure looks like it from the strokes I'm seeing.
Short pips, otherwise there's no way he'd have missed so much off my LP at that skill level
gg
gg
hahaha nice title
ahaha thanks, decided to finally do a bit of research and figure out how to get more views😅

GGs man - upload the second match 😉
I thought you had that one in like September or something🤣deleted it to make space for nationals sorry bro
Good to see another girl playing you lol Is she from Canada? How would you describe her playing style/tactic against you vs mine? Just curious.
She's from Michigan, not entirely sure about this but her boyfriend (on the right) lives here so I assume she came here for the tournament/to meet him. I'd say she's a lot more power-oriented than you and a lot of other players I've met, I was mentally prepared for her to smack almost everything because that's what I saw against inverted players, but she was more passive against me, maybe they don't have as many pips in Michigan
i've never seen you hit so many forehands
I'm working on it now I wanna see you hit that many forehands carson
last time i was this early, vik was still good at the game
th-cam.com/video/L6QsW96foPw/w-d-xo.htmlsi=ALDgSkBAZcwggNTT Hi Carson!
The thumbnail is hilarious lol
Average forehand😂
Great match Vik! We had some long rallies in this one and you played a smart game with good placement. The net saved me on match point. Looking forward to our next battle!
Thanks Kyle! At the end of the day it was down to our consistency, and I didn't have enough experience against antispin to take advantage of what opportunities you gave me. Very excited for the next one
So damn close
Had my chances...seems like this always happens to me lol
Keep at it!
Good time-out call in game 5 and well-played by both guys
Agreed! Glad I could coach/witness such a close and exciting match
Damnnnnnnn bro is on YT!🔥🔥
Bro is simply better🔛🔝
Joel is a good sport. Fun to play with. I shared the video with him, hope you don't mind :)
Of course I don't! Very good match, struggled with his consistency
You played very well against him!
Thank you! Wish I kept going after game 2 tho
He’s clearly frustrated but his fh is very very strong indeed
yup, im just happy i was able to anger the rabbit for some time at least lol
GOod job pradjun
Good game Vik I just noticed the upload. Your forehand attack is coming along and your mental game is pretty strong. Keep grinding and good luck in the tournament this weekend!
Thanks for posting the video Vik. Good play!
You too Paul, always fun playing you!
Kyle is so tough to play against tbh
faxxx
Nice win Vik!
Thanks Yun! Almost didn't get to play this match if you won another😅
🧜♀️
good game well played😓
i believe I played you in us open hard bat event
are you comin to nationals
I'll be there, hope to play you again! I am playing hardbat again, you?
Thank god you didnt post our match lol
It's going up next lmao
😮💨🫠
11-0…….. brutal
completely unintentional but after those lucky points I thought it must've been fate😂
How did your double go? *and you two missed the clap in the end LOL*
haha yeah the clap was not one of my finest moments, doubles at SPTTC we got to semis and lost to a nasty pip duo that ended up winning the whole thing
Should they start competing at this level?
why shouldn't they?
@@big_pip_energy_tt spend time working on the basics instead?
1-2 10:11 and 11:11 are momerable😅
Definitely great points, ggs man
Battle and a half, good sir. Will be studying tape ;). Your yell at 0-0, 6-7 made me crack up 😂
Hahaha ggs my friend, unfortunate I don't have the recording but it probably would've destroyed my phone space with more 25 second rallies😂
