Typhlosion and feraligatr but no meganium?
@@WarVeteran213 I used Meganium in Pokémon Crystal. The only reason why I used Typhlosion was to make the Azalea Town rival battle easier. I don't know if Fury Cutter Croconaw would have worked.
Just finish a run in Sapphire, Team: Sceptile, Exploud, Crobat, Wailord, Ninetailes, & Salomance.

Typhlosion is already powerful. His own moveset. Quick attack Flame wheel Swift Flamethrower

It must have been an accident giving the rival the Johto Champion theme. Apparently, it was intended for Red and Lance. The Johto Generation IV remasters fix that problem.
