Yes sir I have seen all of the negative comments on both of these businesses on the BBB website. You are spot on with them being unprofessionally run actually I think your being generous by saying that. Like I said 11 days after my building was put up it rained for the first time and the roof started leaking in 3 different places I called and spoke to a guy who told me he was the service manager and he told me and I quote “ the only thing I can suggest to you is to go to Home Depot and get some roof sealer and put that on it.” So as you can imagine my already downhill conversation went completely off a cliff then! Needless to say it wasn’t a good conversation and I even took the time and drove to the business in N.C. and do you know that I cannot remember the guys name would not even talk to me face to face! He was there but refused to talk to me... Unbelievable!! I even told them they were more than welcome to come take it down and resell it and I wasn’t looking for a refund I just wanted them to come their piece of junk so I could have a REAL building put in its place!! They wouldn’t even do that!

Chris Ingram my slab for the build is 12 inches wider all the way around with a 2 inch slope as well. The issue is that doors sit on the level part of slab just before the slope. I tried explaining that to the no English speaking crew that were here installing the building and well anyway if they wouldn’t have cut the 2 inches off of each corner then the water under door issue would not be. As far as the roof leaking if they would have installed it with the 2 sided tape at the joints and on three or four pieces they have the drip channel on the outside on top of roof. Needless to say a couple of months ago I pulled the roofing off and replaced and installed it the way it was supposed to be done so the roof is not a problem anymore. It’s the fact that it should have been done that way to begin with and even when I called Eagle Carports 11 days after building was installed when the roof first leaked and talked to the service manager and he told men to go to Home Depot and get a couple of buckets of roof sealer and put on it.... Let’s just say things went from going down hill to off a cliff!!

@@sehd6603 concrete cant be blamed on eagle , but building can be.. but I've seen worse jobs done ..the roof leaks can happen to anyone , 1 lazy employee or poorly trained one can make a roofing job turnout poor quality. What shocks me is how many dont get the vertical walls and roof , that's just asking for problems. Well good you got yours worked out and resolved . 👍

Chris Ingram I know how and the right way for a building to be built. The concrete was done perfectly just the way I had planned for it to be. The only issue was I should’ve never left for the couple of hours that I did, but I didn’t know I would have to babysit or watch over the entire job! That’s why the whole deal pisses me off! Further more why in the hell should have I been told 11 days after the building was done and it rained the roof leaked and that’s when that idiot at Eagle told me to go to Home Depot and get a bucket of roof sealer!! Fuck that!! Any way I had to spend even more money to do it the way it should have been the first time!! You can like Eagle all you want, but the company is a joke!
