I’m still working up the courage to go back to the gym consistently but I used to carry my Theragun Mini, lavender scented Wet Ones, gloves, my Apple Watch, a lock and my hydro flask. I also carried a bunch of lil things that I never used lol
Very specific about the wet ones cause it’s the only scent that doesn’t disgust me 😅
@@jeitorres92 haha I love it! Hand sanitizer is also smart! I just use it in my car once I leave but doesn’t hurt to throw one in there. Wet ones are smart! Never know when you’ll need them. YES a lock if you’re keeping valuables in the locker room! These are all such good ideas, thank you 🩷

I want to hear about how much you lost during your first and second 75 hard and did you do anything differently between them?
@@LaurenMollenthiel that’s a great question! Both times were nearly identical except that I used a larger water bottle for the gallon of water, which tricked me into thinking it was easier the second time around 😂 and it was easier the second time overall because I was just in better shape and used to the rules/discipline. I didn’t keep track of the exact amount I lost during each (but I will when I do this year!) but I would guess that I lost about 20 pounds during each. Keep in mind, I had a lot to lose so this might not be the best foundation to base your weight loss off of! I also kept up most of the rules in between each challenge and after the fact which helped me continued to shed pounds ❤️
So you saying if i loose weight I'll loose my heater ability that i have in cold times

Ive been in a plateau for around 2 months tho and it’s frustrating it’s really messing with my mind :(
I know exactly how you feel, I would go through major plateaus in the height of my weight loss journey and it was sooo defeating. In my experience, now is the time that everyone “quits” so now is the time where you need to really buckle down and make sure all of your habits are healthy, and the weight will start to fall off again in time. I believe in you, you totally got this! I have other videos on diet and exercise routines if that’ll help you mix things up a bit ❤️

@@mirandacalarco3715 thank you very much for validating with your medical expertise! Things like the BMI chart can be so damaging and sometimes not even an accurate measure of where we’re ‘supposed’ to be ❤️😊

I would feel incredibly grateful for the feedback, however, I would feel embarrassed that I was doing it wrong in the first place (initially)…Especially in front of people who knew I was doing it wrong. Eventually I would get over that and be happy for the correction that allowed me to grow.

Thank you for being here 😊 I’m not a big breakfast person but I’ll have a smoothy or leftovers for lunch usually and I try and make a general plan for dinners each week. I don’t meal prep typically but I’ll make a menu so it’s nice and organized. I’ve found this avoids getting take out last minute, and saves money too! You should check out my ‘what I eat in a week’ video linked below if you have the time. I break down some common dinner recipes I make as well as the smoothy recipe 😊

I wish i could exercise like this but my knees are soo bad but I know when the weight somes off it will become easier...so just walking for me for now
@@natashacoetzee5489 you’re so right about that! People don’t talk enough about how it hurts your joints to exercise. When I started, I could barely walk a couple of miles without soreness. Start small and build from there and you’ll get there in no time. I believe in you ❤️

@@johannamarrfitness thank you I will indeed I start carnivore tomorrow just for 90 days to give me a boost I may stay carnivore or change to Keto after that with a slow intro of salad veg. No more alcohol and I'm on nicotine patches too so I have alot going on but all positive I'm almost 50 so the body is no longer forgiving and it's time to love myself my goal is to feel and look better than I did ever before especially my 30s and 40’sXxx

For me- I started my transformation a week ago and I’m going through the thoughts of “this is gonna take awhile” thoughts. I know to reach the couple of goals I have planned will take a good year. Right now just one week in- it feels like forever. I know, I know - it’s bad thinking.. I’ll get through.. it’s just one of those days.
@@TammieBuckeye oh man do I understand how you feel! You’re in the toughest part right now but I swear it gets easier with time. Some days are worse than others but then some days are amazing and make you feel like all of the effort you’re putting in is paying off. Think of it this way - you’re 1 week closer to achieving your goals and that’s huge! Way to go ❤️

great video!!! inspiring me to go on hikes more - do you have special hiking gear for staying warm when it’s so cold out?
@@KassandraRhoads thank you! You definitely should! Great question. I could go on about hiking gear forever lol BUT good boots (not sneakers) to keep your feet warm and dry since conditions can be unpredictable, tall socks to keep your ankles warm, and a neck warmer (less bulky than scarves). Those are the main ones for me but obviously a coat, gloves, and fleece lined leggings if you have them 😊 happy hiking!
as a 25 year old dude who struggled with self image and weight my whole life. my heaviest was 260 but most of my life was spent between 210 and 230. 2 years ago i got down to 180 and been able to maintain that. i still see myself as fat most of the time. even though im lean with good muscle definition now. body dysmorphia is real and disheartening. you just gotta love yourself and be proud of the effort you put in.
Completely agree. I’m so proud of you and all that you’ve accomplished! Way to go! And way to keep it up as well. You’re definitely not fat, but I know the feeling. You’re doing amazing ❤️

Nice to meet you, Jennifer! Thank you for your feedback 😊 For me, it was (and still is) keeping my eye on the prize. This is SO much easier said than done, of course. Every time I wanted something unhealthy or didn’t feel in the mood to go to the gym, I thought about how much closer I will be to my goals if I just pushed past those feelings; it’s mind over matter! I plan to make a video on more motivational tips to help push past the hang ups we all feel. I hope this helps!
