Hi beautiful Queen. All of the exercises threw me for a loop. I am a veteran of 30 years who had extensive facial surgeries. I’m at a point where I can see the words in my mind but getting them out now is an obstacle all together in itself. I have always loved singing and music but had no direction. I’m now printing words of songs to sing to help me be better sing for fun but also help me stretch my muscles as I am only able to open my mouth so much without pain. It still painful in the end but I DON’T feel as insecure about speaking to people as much. My little jaws were very tired after trying these exercises with you. I plan on adding them to help me in all areas of my life. Thank you for sharing this valuable lessons with everyone. 🤗. God bless
