A little update on this customers interior of his 1996 F250. It's coming down to the wire where we will be installing all of the interior that has all been professionally re done in our shop and we are doing a lot of wiring for all of his JL Audio equipment he sent with the truck and his pretty sweet Red Arc trailer brake set up. We did a full recondition on this customers set of 4 door panels. We tore them completely apart, followed by a lot of plastic repairs and some heavy fabrication to the bottom of one panel that was missing a large chunk. It's all custom work. No real sticker price. It depends on the customers interior condition, interior size, their goals, materialw chosen etc

This is fantastic. You neeed to do proper video work of your transformations. Hire someone to do the camera and editing work if you need to. It'll be well worth the investment. What you are doing is highly sought after in this community. Keep it up!!!

When the very bottom panel has to come off. How do you get it off the center piece. I was able to pop off the spot welds, but it looks like it is connected to the plastic piece on the other side that separates the pocket on the front

I need my door panels done exactly like these. Mine are light grey now some cracks. Awesome work!!! Mine are out of a 96 bronco sport.

@@CoreySewell-tr6gt They are black. The LED shop lighting effects shades a little bit on camera.
Definitely a BS comparison. First, you used a textured piece of plastic for your “in house paint” and a perfectly smooth piece for the SEM paint. Of course you will notice a difference in scratches between the two completely different materials. The textured piece will always look better. If you switched the pieces giving the SEM paint the textured plastic the SEM would be the winner. I blocked your content.

Not entirely sure. The customer already had it mounted in the truck. Then what we did was fabricate onto it to butt up to the dashboard, reupholstered the lid, installed a wireless charger, did some other custom stuff in place of one of the cup holders.

Yes, we use the proper type of topcoat on any coatings we do.
