Hislop is great, sadly the Eye became very partisan and i cancelled my subscription. It worked best when it had an equal desire to highlight the mess on all sides of our politics and business . Ian Hislop is an many had said a brave journalist and national treasure, as we say in England. The entire Post Office scandal as it continues to unfold even this week is shocking. I am no genius, but having worked for 40 years in IT some of the earlier evidence about how they were so lax on their testing is absolutely appalling. There were about five basic database rules that you just don’t do. Any decent coder would’ve fixed the problems.
