Any link or contact for in depth tutorials will be much appreciated 🙏🏽Your approach works best for me GOD bless you
Thank you for this insightful lecture. It was exciting to view. Please in light of what you said about the Mansu V Abboye case where it was held that a stool cannot dispossess a usufruct, I humbly wish to understand these 1. On what legal authority then does stools dispossess usufructs in cases of large scale land based investments ? 2. Does the law 'require' that the 'consent' of usufructs be secured to permit stools to release lands to investors for developmental purposes ( also with regards to land based investments) ? I will be grateful for clarifications. Thank you.

Counsel, you referenced Article 20 of the 1992 Constitution to support the view that the law in Ghana serves to uphold morality. Respectfully, I have heard others make reference to the Glah case, which seems to suggest that the law and morality in Ghana are separate or divergent. Could you please assist me in reconciling these two perspectives? Thank you
Much appreciated
Pls the videos here are a lil low in volume
Very useful!!!

I sincerely want to thank you for the significant role you've played in my growth in the law. Honestly, what I've learned in your tutorial sessions over the past few weeks far exceeds everything I gained during my 3-year LLB program. And to top it off, the end-of-month bill is surprisingly low-especially compared to others that could easily empty a student's wallet. Thanks for the feature 😊
