Are you referring to kids mild or severe? Because I find the severe cases I’m not sure how we can help them. If no joint attention how can we work on these skills?

I’m currently looking for insurance for my son so he’s covered for speech and occupational therapy . He got denied Medicaid so now I’m looking for insurance. Most of the insurance plans on the marketplace which I got redirected to from Medicaid are almost all HMO . When my son had Medicaid I was already getting referrals but what do you recommend

My daughter is 18 months and has just only started walking. She never crawled only scooted like this and still does it, its not a problem unless the baby hasn't started walking by 18months and that's when you need to start their therapy. I started hers at 17months.

I don't like the word "severe autism" because there's no such thing as "severe autism" we're just autistic. no one's more or less autistic than the next autistic person. We just have different support needs period that's it.

My daughter is also 13, but with CP. We've had so many issues with PTs and insurance. We also have a private insurance plan just for her but the issues still exist with letters of medical necessity, ordering equipment, and of course, insurance covering equipment. Do you offer virtual appointments? I'd love to work with you even in an online capacity. Thanks for all your videos!

I'm glad to see someone I can relate to speak on this information. I have done this and most of the time they bury it under the rug. I try to go further and they pacify me or don't give me the option to appeal or go above their head. It's draining. I'll be listening. Thank you. -Dee
