A performance featuring Urbaniak on electric violin and lyricon. Kenny Kirkland on keys. I think the drummer is Bobby Gonzalez and bassist is unknown. Any help would be appreciated.
Great band! I'm glad I had the chance to see them in concert in 1973 at Roosevelt Stadium, Jersey City, NJ. Seals and Crofts opened, then came Poco, then the Eagles with guests Joe Walsh and Dan Fogelberg sitting in. What a show!
These guys crated super music
Love Poco see them 3 times in the 70's
POCO has been an absolute musical essential in my life for 4+ decades.
I always thought that Richie was the heart and soul of Poco. How wrong can you be. I have been sitting here listeningand watching these later versions of Poco. It was Rusty. It was always Rusty. Him and Paul, but without Rustys Steel, thwre wouldnt have been Poco. And a Good Feeling to Know!
Yeah, Poco was chock full of great musicians, but Rusty Young was the glue, the heart and soul.
I had no idea David LaFlame had left the bad in 1972. I kept lookign at the violinist and knew it wasnt him. Evidently this was mostly Patti Santos band at this point. Learn something new every day
The harmony is so beautiful! ❤
Thank you!

Thank you!
What a shame someone thought it necessary to put some visual 'effects' over the solos.
Best cover I've seen, your energy is unmatched!
Rusty Young, how he makes steel pedal sing.
WAY TO Go Love It
Thank you for posting this, nice to see Randy again outside Eagles
Poco NEEDS to be in the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame.
They are the Eagles basis! Really??
Гениальный Жон Мафвафлин умеет ещё на 12-струнной гитаре, вот! А если верить титрам, то он играет даже на акустической гитаре. Это вам не жук чихнул!
The song is so fun to play ! Give everyone their room and jam it out my son !

Salute to Richey Furay,Rusty Young & Jim Messina...who's behind "POCO"...LEGACY'🤔
now it's been over 50 years and Poco still kills it.
This video is from 1989-1990 time frame. Poco ended in 2021 when Rusty Young bucket kicked.
Love this!!!
Bravo ❕
Always wished Jeff beck and Adrian belew would put out something together..
Wired is my favorite Jeff album I'm a huge Billy Cobham fan and this type of sonic delight in general..
The first few notes drew me in.
Makes Gracie slick look like an amateur
I've been a fan of Poco going back to the late 60's. I saw them on the Legacy Tour and they were great! All that talent on one stage was incredible. RIP Randy, Rusty, and Paul.
Never heard of her. And she sort of adopted a little of janis ' style . But she's good
This is very smooth jazz musicand the players were famous in there own rights pleasent to listen to.
Excelllent bringing the 70's music back again? I saw them at Woodstock in 69.
One of my favorite bands - in all of their varied lineups.

i got to see poco opening for stills/young (neil didn’t show). anyway tim sang restrain, one of my favs. crazy eyes is my favorite richie song. great guitar and harmonies
What great, strong performances by top-notch musicians on all instruments. It's too bad that a "White Bird" performance is not in the vid. However, I'm impressed & most pleased. Thanks. Richard
Maybe that was because David La Flamme was not part of this band grouping ? thanks !
@@whodowedo/videos Yes, LaFlamme was not part of IABD at that time. However, this IABD iteration still should have done White Bird, because WB was a great song, & WB was IABD's best song.

Love the performance and appreciate the video but the special effects were like wtf?
Be kind to your web-footed friends for a duck may be somebody’s mother.

Epic
Thank you, saw this same show live Fall 72’ and winter 73’, John and band were just astonishing. During this period many bands began to hire better audio mixers and the results were at times very close to the original audio recordings with the mics placed on all amps and drum sets. Saw Jeff Beck and his Wired band a few years later with parallel results.
❤
Chick music only
John McGlaughlin.....the greatest living guitarist on the planet earth for going on over 60 years...... In an age where giants walked the earth....he was always at the front of the line...just ask Jeff Beck...When Miles Davis names a song after you on perhaps his greatest album... Bitches Brew.... You know the man was something very special.... God bless Johnny McGlaughlin....
A time & place… Infinity!
Thanks for posting this gold
you're most welcome ! Any idea of the bassist's name ?
Espectacular ❤
