Too bad the roadrunner I got last year had a wiring issue and I had to return it because I couldn’t get the issue resolved. Couldn’t figure it out myself and sending it back wasn’t presented as an option to get it fixed. I enjoyed riding it for the first two weeks though

After all the reviews I’ve looked at for the last month, I finally placed an order for the RS5 Max as my first scooter. I loved all the positive reviews about your brand and can’t wait to try it out

Got my Rx7 today. My stem is a little wobbly, which I never expected with how robust you made the stem tightening mechanism. Its very slight but feels unsafe. Also, the lumilor on the stem worked at first but gave out after I rode it. I submitted an email ticket with video but really wish I could call and speak to a tech to help and get right on it. Emailing and waiting for a response until the next day is not ideal. I bought a Mantis pro from Voro and had issues and was able to call and get asisstance immediately. I wish you guys would have immediate customer support via phone. God I hope I dont have to return it to you. All that being said, Im impressed with how beastly it is. On another note...whats the latest on the new screen you mentioned would be shipped out for the RX7 as a retrofit

Yes, been hearing a lot of cosmetic imperfection’s from the first batch 4K is a lot of money. It would be very disappointing and really hope there’s been improvements. I’m excited been waiting since May 2nd!

Someone was complaining about the lights on the scooter burning slowly & for me if the modguard could look more short bit like the inmotion rs sporty and not covering the whole wheel., other than that it's a beautiful scooter with good power and fully compact.

Still waiting on my RX7 :( hope it ships soon.

Also blinkers should be yellow. Tail light could be larger as well.

Can you give me a quick answer to why you didn't go with a dual stem setup? not a fan of external steering dampeners.
