Oh hey. Sorry for the spam. If you face off against pyramid head, don't hit him. It's a waste of ammo and health. Just dodge, run, and wait it out. For this fight, you can run around in circles and wait three minutes, then he'll just leave. Same as the second and third time you run into him (and ONLY the second and third time you see him. After that is different and you'll see why.)

Woah. I just beat this game and didn't notice Henry was the hour hand, Mildred was the minute hand, and Scott was the second hand.

I thought H was pronounced differently in British English. Is it not "haych"? I know Ireland pronounces it that way but I wasn't sure about Britain.

Your audio is a little unbalanced since the video before this. You're a bit too loud and the gameplay audio is way too quiet. I haven't seen past the first few minutes yet but I thought I'd point it out early just in case. Idon't usually mind but I have to keep the video turned down low because the yelling is very loud. The audio was great in the previous videos though.

The coin puzzle will change your ending depending on who you blamed. It doesn't really matter much. Every ending is pretty bittersweet and none of them are really the "true" or "good" ending. I chose the snake. You can choose any of them and still get it to open for you.

14:56 This part was so annoying. I couldn't figure out the first number for the combination but I found the second and third numbers. I had to look it up. I still don't understand it.

46:34 Oh hey, you found the mysterious body... thing. There's never any explanation. My theory is that James was afraid he might either see himself or his wife under the cloth, so he didn't bother checking. It never comes up again and we never find out what this is all about. Hope that helps! :)

17:55 This is a reference to the main villain in Silent Hill 4. Walter Sullivan had already killed himself by the time you play that game and his ghost is who tries to kill you. It's even referenced in the original Silent Hill 2, so I assume they already had plans for 4's plot ahead of time!

The hoodies are such a vibe. I'm playing through this right now and I only have half a level to get through, a boss battle, and then one more level with a final boss. Silent Hill 4 was always my favorite and I can't wait until the remake comes out. But this one is growing on me and I can see why 2 is the best one according to fans. The storytelling, the way the town punishes James Sunderland, the monster designs, the atmosphere.... It's all so good and they did a great job bringing it into 2024 with updated graphics and new puzzles.

It's so terrifying, you're very brave to play it 😱

James' lack of reaction to dead bodies is a key feature of Silent Hill. It's basically Twin Peaks, and you're in a weird dream-like state. What's real and what's not? Is the fog actual fog or is it a clouding of the mind? People being punished by Silent Hill (which is why the town exists) will not react viscerally to the horrors they see around them because the town messes with their minds. Was the woman at the graveyard even real? Did she think you're even real? The fun of it all is that you don't ever know for sure. And the character has no way of knowing either.

This is my first time seeing them play video games together. Shaaba is so very sweet to her viewers! I should get back into gaming on TH-cam.
