Another child-friendly alternativee is Almost Words! Responses are created from tiles that have multi-purpose symbols that resemble letters and numbers. You have a limited time to create your response and there's a fun Pit-like mechanic where you can trade your tiles in real time to get the letters you want. The best part is when everyone goes around explaining their response with some kind of story or sales pitch. It's hilarious hearing the lengths people go to to connect their response to the prompt. I've never laughed harder playing any other game!

Even today I finish Battletoads. My favorite game ever. One of the biggest problems in beating Battletoads is having a good joystick. Joysticks like the Mega Drive didn't work well because it was very easy to confuse right with diagonal right, for example. The NES joystick was the best for sure.

I agree that any prude who's afraid of anything raunchy or twisted (I feel sorry for them) should stick to Apples To Apples. It's funny & safe. But, for those with a more adventurous sense of humor, Cards Against Humanity is much funnier BECAUSE it's so twisted & absurd. I played with a large group of people aged 16 to mid-80s, & had one of the most fun times of my life. The more twisted & rediculous the game got, the funnier & more fun it was.

They should have stuck to introducing a few new pokemon for each new generation. This is exactly what made me completely give up everything pokemon back when they introduced gen 2 let alone nowadays , after I spent all that time collecting cards and filling my pokedex they just go an release like another 200 I was like screw this....not to mention how senseless they started getting

I know she didn't just talk about horse racing, she doesn't know what she's talking about and that second picture of "Jump Races" was a team doing cross country. The way she categized Jockeys is just insane. Females and males can be jockeys. There can be ties in a horse race (Flat and steeplechase) and that's called 'dead hear', which they battle it our in a match race, which hasn't been done for a while. She makes horse racing seem like a death wish. Horse riding in general is dangerous as it gets. We'll see what she says once she starts riding or understanding the proper way of horse racing. Flat races are way better than steeplechases and I only specialize in flat. So she can shut her mouth before I shut it for her. People need to be educated.

Pokemon at its core is flawed as a game of any form. The games don't let you synergize them, and the most you get is coordinating types and weaknesses. New Pokemon don't really add much other than eventually there will be a Pokemon for virtually any combination of desired skills and type, and that itself isn't a good thing, because doing so dilutes the identity of each Pokemon.
