Thanks for sharingm I was in a similar place not so long ago. What worked for me was going to the gym. Now I'm not saying you need to dedicate every single hour of your life to it but I'd like to set you a little challenge. Go to a gym and figure out what you enjoy doing. It could be squats, bench press arms the choice is yours... Once you figure out what you enjoy set a goal weight to hit, or a rep range at a certain weight. Just having something to pursue will keep you occupied and training releases a sh!t ton of feel good chemicals in your head! Now althis isn't a golden bullet but I have tried SSRIs, I've tried nootropics and everything in between but nothing will beat the feeling of hitting that goal weight! As a little bonus why not turn it into a little mini series for you channel? Hell I'd watch it!
The reason why you feel depressed is because you don't have a relationship yet with your Heavenly Father Jehovah/ Jesus Christ. This has nothing to do with being religious or joining some church. When you're by yourself, call on Jesus Christ, confess your sins to Him, and ask Him to come into your life. He's always been there for you and with you during the good times and the bad times. He'll never leave you nor forsake you. Speak to Him and Him only about your problems and watch what happens. He's your Dad and He's waiting for you (His son) to come back home. I love you brother, see you in The Kingdom of Heaven soon.
