Not always true to take calls with unqualified people. Waste of time really. Decreases moral, never going to convert. Depends on the niche.

Love this video and breakdown... however, I think it's also different since you have such a massive organic following. For someone running paid ads full time as the primary source of traffic these metrics are quite a bit different. Can you make another video factoring that in + no organic following? That's the big thing that isn't mentioned here which I feel is a massive factor for trust, close rate, conversions and profit margins..

Would be a ton of value in walking people through how you track all of these metrics associated with your business- setters, sales reps etc. Things like what systems and softwares you have in place to make sure every part of your business is hitting KPI.

In order for you to sell your coaching or consultant you have to have to have a online community. Which is organic traffic, an audience who trust you so that they can invest. If you dont have any online community or youtube audience believe me you're gonna fail in it. Coz people aint gonna trust you.

Statements like "Don’t hire Indians, Pakistanis, etc." and asking for too many tasks upfront, like creating Loom videos or researching the company, without even guaranteeing an interview, seem unfair. In today’s market, candidates often apply to 100-200 jobs just to get 5-10 callbacks, and with so many ghost listings, these time-intensive requirements add to the burden. My suggestion is to give everyone a fair chance by explaining any hesitations about hiring from certain groups and allowing them to address these concerns. A simpler process, like a quick phone call or a 15-minute interview before requesting tasks, would be more reasonable. This approach ensures candidates are judged on merit rather than being excluded due to biases or overly demanding initial requirements. While your process may work for you, these are some pain points many candidates face when applying for jobs.
