@@CircumP Thank you for quick answer and well done on the sale. Would you recommend this make and model of boat and what are the things that a potential buyer should be aware of? This would be a massive help to me as I am quite taken with this model and your answer would be really appreciated. A big thanks in advance.
The 44s from that time are great. Very solid and already quite spacious and „modern“. A major disadvantage is having the two heads on the same side. Saves cost in manufacturing, but not ideal for passage making. Also I would prefer a lead keel instead of an iron keel in the future. Cockpit seats are a bit too short for sleeping fully stretched out. Check top rudder fixation nut from time to time. Ours loosened itself mid Atlantic. Happy boat shopping.

FWIW I commented before thus I follow up with this.... I hope you sold your boat. Second.... I have looked a great deal of boats for sale on line in the last three months and I wanted to say your video and walk/talk through the boat was by far the best I have seen. It really leads me to the conclusion that if 'they' are not showing it it is because they dont want you to see it. When I get my money worked out I can only hope to find a yacht in the condition you have kept this one.
Thank you for your feedback! We did not sell her in the Carribean and she is on the way to Europe. Her 4th Atlantic crossing. She is waiting for visitors at Port Napoleon, France. ETA: Ende of June.
@@CircumP Wow shocked. I expect it was the location. Not very convenient to walk down and have look if you have to take 3 air planes and 2 days just to look at it. Surely it will sell at your price now that it is summer and the boat is in Europe

More information on exactly what sails (age) she has would go a long way. RE rigging... How old is the entire rig? Sounds like you just changed two rods? The walk through was very nice. Very detailed and you showed it all. Cleanest motor area I have ever seen on a boat that lives in the salt. Might as well put this in the info above. I'll subscribe and see it when it shows up.
Hi, the main sail is from 2016 and the jib and gennaker are from 2019. The complete rigg is from 2018. we had one lower shroud damaged and preventively changed all four lower shrouds.
