Hello, do you have corner wear on your bag? Mine is 6 months old and I wore it maybe 4 times for half an hour, and already on the 2nd wear I noticed that it was peeled from all sides, which looks more like torn skin. I contacted SA and went to the store, but they assure me that this is the most normal thing.
Hi there 💫 I have very very slight rubbing on some corners but I am aware of when I caused that by accidentally brushing against rough surfaces! I haven’t seen your case but the corners of pieces normally bear the brunt of the wear and tear. Unfortunately lambskin is super delicate. I have never heard of the sides peeling so it’s possible you’re experiencing a defect. I would go ahead and contact customer care directly via email Dior generally has great after care service if ever I’ve experienced a problem I have had it sorted by them! Good luck and I’m sorry about your piece this is definitely not the way an expensive item should wear.

I'm lost why are you not attaching the 🔐 to the zipper? The keys go on the clouchette not the 🔐. The 🔐 is way too heavy to hang from the clouchette.

I love this bag. I just HATE that the crossbody strap connects to hardware on the small handle! It seems like such a design flaw. Makes the small handles look goofy when you use the crossbody strap!
