Stakeholder communication isn’t just a soft skill to dump on your resume -it’s the backbone of what makes analysts impactful on the job. As a former hiring manager, this is the top skill I looked for in candidates, and it’s often the most overlooked by aspiring analysts.
In this video, I walk through a high-level framework for how to practice and master stakeholder communication through your projects. At the end I share real email examples from my time as an analyst, manager, and data director to show you how this looks in action.
