    if 4 microlitre of dNTP taken from 40 microlitre stock of 20 mM con., the con would change...how we can use the V1S1 formula brother?

    Minor change: it is 16C Fatty acid (Palmitate) that has been shown in this video and not 12C. So from 16C Fatty Acid we get 16/2 or 8 Acetyl CoA molecules. Similarly, from 2N Carbon chain long Fatty Acid, we get N no.of Acetyl CoA molecules after N-1 passes.
