Hi, what is this community called? I am confused between buying a home in Breckenridge Forest(Springs) and Flagstone(Humble), any suggestions or recommendation would be appreciated. I have no kids and work from home, so basically i am willing to get a home which will give me the most appreciation in short term
Hi, Flagstone and Breckenridge Forest are in very close proximity of each other, they are both on cypresswood drive. Big difference between the 2 communities are the builders. Breckenridge is being built by Dr Horton and KB Homes meanwhile Flagstone is only KB Homes. I've had clients say positive feedback about both communities. It's all about your personal preference. Breckenridge is in my opinion more hidden from traffic and its very very quite, meanwhile Flagstone is closer to 1960 which gives you easier access to that roadway. You are welcomed to contact me for inventory availability and help you through the process

I love the house but wouldn’t purchase that floor plan because the ceilings are not high enough
They have 9’ ceiling options. Standard is 8. You can also get the taller doors. We’re having this model built now.

Remember that when you are 70 lol. Why I’m ready to move. 3 story townhouse inside the loop fifth ward I’ve almost tripled my money but it’s time to go into a one story with no stairs when you’re 70 stairs is the last thing you want in a big yard you don’t want that either.

Of course, katy isd and cy-fair banks have some of the best schools according to my clients and online resources. @@maryclebeau HOA dues are $1,384 annually. If you are in a gated section of the community there is an additional $375 added to that. Tax rate is around 3.5. Contact me if you need any further assistance to make your move to Texas a smooth one😄

Good question! It is the area where the 2 car garage is suppose to be, but right now it is a sales office, and that is the reason I do not show it in the video. The model home you see here will be up for sale soon but they will convert the sales office area back into a 2 car garage.

Rooms are tiny…but if the buyer hates ANY type of clutter then this home is perfect! Everything must be in place otherwise the home will seem not tidy…and not spacious.

Nice house but the lot is just not appropriate for a house of that stature.
Westin build some gorgeous homes but their Master Bedroom Closet sucks they have to make it larger than that
