D’où viens ce bruit ?
Im trying to clean it but i cant get it off because when i try to loosen the bolts it just spins
What year is the honda
Its from a 2001 300ex
I had that problem, ended up being a clutch adjustment
If you find him, let me know please Mf.!
Esse motor é de origem de qual montadora? Suzuki, sondown, kawasaki??
What’s the point ? Things not to do……
Can you send me the link for this kit?
Sorry this was over a year ago and don't have a link.
Someone hacked that bad boy up 😂
That cover there catches most of the clutch material because of centrifugal force it pushes out all the heavy material and sticks to the wall. Pretty genius.
That is a very good explanation of how it works
Mine says 124cm3 is it actually a 150cc they told me that this was a manufacturer error 1:24
This kit is just like the factory 125cc cylinder not a 150cc
Exactly!!!!!! Talk about fxxxxx stupid ! Should not be such a pain in the ass to change oil but damnit it is on these bikes !
Got one of these bikes when I was 5 years old. Im 20 now and we still have it. Never had to rebuild it and it still starts up and rides. I think its just about finally on its last leg now. We use it as the loaner bike for when we have friends come over to ride. Im sure yours will last a long time now that you have rebuilt the top end.
Good bikes if you take care of them
@@tbdfab8010 100%. Perfect for kids to learn on too. People dont believe me when I say I was 5 starting out on a 125, but its just that great of a bike.
Whats the mm for the pidton pin? 13mm or 14mm?
Sorry I have no way to check anymore
Seriously….videos are helpful with voice over instruction or explanation as to what and why your doing. How did you get the two spikes at the right equal distance consistency ? Just wondering as I do not think you showed that….
I just picked the ones out of the pile that were the same length to start with.
My guy…..those glove straps flailing in the wind…..it is not the NFL and your not a receiver…. There are no “cool” points for wire wheeling your hands…..
Haha never noticed till you said something
Hi, it looks like a GN125 of DR125 from suzuki, does it?
Yeah they are the same motor. Suzuki and Kawasaki were the same a few years.
You can get a kit with a cam shaft upgrade for the same price as yours plus plus 🤷🏽♂️
so they actually don't have a filter? could you make a vid of the bike itself?
They do not have a oil filter you can change. They have on built on the end of the crankshaft that can be cleaned if you have take the front cover off.
It has a filter screen not a traditional filter
How is the kit working out for you? Thanks for the video.
You could have definitely used some oil when putting the piston and cylinder on
I did put oil on the piston and cylinder walls. Was just trying to do everything with one hand ans hold camera.
At least I'm looking for them
Get some tin foil and make a silencer guard/ funnel and away you go.
You can't get the bolts out without removing the exhaust
So many bikes with exactly that stupid design issue. Doh!
I have the same desire.
How did you get that flywheel nut off with just an impact? Mine will just keep spinning?
Its a puller for the flywheel.
Hey bro how did you know you needed it a new one? Did it make a tickin noise?
You could hear it slapping. And if you unbolt the tensioner and see if its extended all the way out not doing anything.
@@tbdfab8010 ahh I see. Man I appreciate your response and video. Thank you , I’m going to try that tmw.
I can't even find a top end kit. And the ones I do find say 150 big bore kit. If I got that would the original head work on it cuz its not in bad shape
Yes original head will work
I can't even find a top end kit..
Here is the item number of the kit I got 174275635173

Wear a steel cup 🥤. ?? The first time ⏲ that Chinese piston hits 9,000 rpm , will it make 9,000 fragments ????
This bike doesn't rev that high. I weighed the piston and the cylinder just to see if its made with cheaper castings and they both weighed more then factory. Any more most of your factory parts come from China. I am going to post a full rebuild video soon
@Jaleer Oakman I have a full one on my youtube
looking forward to this youtube video, I have just purchased the same one with very much the same issues. Is yours a 2012?
Mine is a 2005 just waiting on parts. Will update when I get all the parts.
@@tbdfab8010 ok cool, I found a full service manual online which is helpful, my parts are on order too. Did you order yours from Megazip?
@@michaelbennett9590 I normally buy a aftermarket piston like wiseco and bore it out. I ordered a topend kit off ebay and going to try it out. I will let you know how good it is.
@@tbdfab8010 thanks for the update looking forward to the video
