It's very hard to edit the video rather than assembly. Some parts are lost or cut out. so if you plan to rebuild the engine, you should note that this video contains only about 80% of the parts. Thank you for watching. I plan to upload the video about rebuilding other parts.

Great job, but I would recommend a torque wrench for assembly
Got try and find a way to replace and get a new ignition on my 2024 ruckus, because it is waycto hard to get key in the ignition, its absolutely ridiculous design flaw for sure

Nice video! Makes me want to get another one. The original one I had was not properly serviced at the place I purchased it. They wound up damaging my scooter and the only way I might consider another one is if I can learn to service it myself. So your video gives me some encouragement.

i have a question i have to change the seal at the front of the cvt the crankcase seal not the small one the larger one do i have to go into the motor or can i just take off the inner crankcase and would i be able to acess it
