The "42 Acre Woods" is a track of land I own in East Central Maine, USA (Just north of Bangor, Me). I purchased it with a house, well and septic system already on it but, the house was in such dis-repair I decided to replace it with a Log Cabin "Kit". I found one on line and with a few modifications need to fit the foundation I bought the Ayer Pond Cabin for Merrimac Log Homes. This is a chronicle of what we started with and what we end up with. (Yes the tractor is a '42 Case SC purEly coincidence)
Cleaning foundation Out
When we knocked down the old cabin with the excavator, a lot fell into the basement. I'm cleaning it out with a shovel into the loader of our tractor.

Part 1 of rebuilding an old (basket case) ATV. It is a 1988 Polaris Trail Boss 250 4x4 Two stroke. I bought it to rebuild and take it to Maine to run around our 42 Acres of woods.

Repair Wires on a Solar Panel

In this video I'm going to repair the main wire on some solar panels that were cut when they were removed from our cabin in Maine.
Having refurbished a few fixers, I am confident that you have made the correct decision to replace this structure, rather than repair it. Kudos to you for having the reality check this early in the game. I'll be emailing you some information about your Garrison stove. Dave M
Thank You
Sounds really good!
Thanks this is the first of hopefully many videos. We are building a Cabin in Maine and will have videos of that too.
@@danielcourtney7478 Look forward to the tractor and cabin videos!
