Hi, I can't get the lid off. Help

I have this one mp3, the exact same. I tried plugging it in my chromebook to transfer some music, like I usually do. This time, it won't show on the chromebook, as if it was not detected. The mp3 didn't show the little menu it usually shows when it's plugged in. I tried on a windows pc but I needed to delete everything that was on the sd card already before transfering my new music (it doesn't makes sense toi me). I tried doing an update on the chromebook but it's not working. The mp3 is charging but nothing else. Does someone have any tips for me please? I tried numerous times with different chromebooks, we have 3 at home, and it's still not working.

WHAT no way ive been wanting to buy one of these lol i built my own with a peltier modual thing lol and it works ok but its no where near as good as these mini fridges that use a compressor anything that runs off 12v or for campaing type stuff i love

personlly i feel that everyone that can should grow there own food and weed lol
