This is plagiarized, If you check Randy Rainbows site you will see that he did NOT do this for this lady, he did it for Barbra Streisand. This guy changed it for this lady.
I don't know who Katie is or what her connection is to RR but it is a fine tribute to her, whether or not he's modified a prior video. Most of his fans recognized the re-do instantly. It's not like he could sneak it past fans who watch his every performance, usually multiple times. So can anybody give me the backstory?

Was your underwater footage for this video taken recently? I've contacted local dive shops in the area and have heard conflicting reports on whether or not there are still cannons located on the site. I know the original cannons from the wreck were salvaged and are now on display, but have some replicas been added to the site? Thanks!

Actually, they don't feel the shell being notched. And they are slowly moving towards using "PIT" tags, but funding is usually the issue...Ironically, they'll feel the "PIT" tag insertion more than the shell notching
