With the big radius v&h pipes they will most likely dent the bottom pipe on a hard right hand turn I have seen this on many big twins with the big radius.If you want the same sound and loudness go with the short shots,I have them on my 2018 iron 1200 and lean pretty low with no scrapes except for the footpegs.

Short shots sound about the same if not better I have them on my 2018 iron 1200 but I took my baffles out after a couple rides since I am old school and love the sound when you let off the gas.Any old school harley guy would agree that have drag pipes.

@@tylerhubbell6410 I have 2003 1200XLH with stock pipes. I live in a city built on the side of a hill. Took the baffles out. What a joyous sound coasting down the long hills.

Bought mine brand new and was never told there were different variations of the bike when it comes to anything other than color.Some come base model with no abs and security etc. Some do just gotta do the research and ask.
