Day 68 🎉

For many many months I couldn’t retain a streak of more than a week and I was constantly failing. Constantly in a low and deprived state of being. Mentally and emotionally unstable, chronic fatigue physically and mentally, my physical body was beginning to ache and in pain out of nowhere.. until a month ago. I guess I was just so repulsed by that state of being, disgusted with myself and dissatisfied with life, that something just clicked. It’s been a month of retaining now, I feel better than I ever have in my life. Mental clarity, no more pain, seemingly endless energy, a profound feeling of joy that permeates everything I do, I feel like im radiating positivity and it’s rubbing off on everyone around me everywhere I go, more luck.. the list goes on.. what’s even better is that I’ve noticed I have absolutely no desire to go back, to indulge in that senseless act, to waste my essence.. I guess I’ve felt like shit for so long that remembering that hellish state i was living in is enough to make me never want to return there again. it’s like Jung said, “no tree can grow to heaven whose roots don’t reach down to hell”. Life is better up here. I believe this is my new normal now. If you’re on this journey I wish you all the best. Semen retention truly is the greatest thing you can do for yourself and for the world
